The Restaurant

Made from scratch, sourced from local markets and our own gardens — with a view of the lake and its volcanoes from every table.

Every direct-reservation stay comes with a free continental breakfast — but the restaurant offers so much more. Our chef Andrés has been with us since we opened in 2005, serving an eclectic menu of typical Guatemalan and international dishes, all made from scratch and happily tailored to your dietary requirements. We source from local markets and grow herbs, eggs, coffee beans and more on the premises, keeping our plates fresh and healthy. Open to day visitors as well as hotel guests.
