How to Get Here
Our nearest airport is Guatemala City. From there, travel to Panajachel — the larger, most accessible town on the lake — then come to us across the water.
By boat
Two ways to arrive
Lake travel is by boat — public and private are both available. You have two options for arriving at the hotel.

Our hotel dock
Arrive directly at our private dock and ring the intercom. A porter will meet you and help with luggage up the 350 steps to the hotel.

The public dock
If you'd rather not take the steps, arrive at the public Tzununá dock, where tuk tuks will bring you up to the hotel for Q 10–15.
Driving? It is not possible to drive directly to us. Only suitable 4×4 vehicles should attempt the road from Santa Clara, which is in poor condition. There is secure parking in Tzununá, where tuk tuks will bring you directly to the hotel.
