Cancelation Policy


To confirm a reservation you will be asked for a deposit between 10% and 50% according to the time of the year.

If you wish to cancel a reservation for any reason you will need to email us at least 3 days prior to schedule arrival.

If you email us later than that or if you don´t show we will bill you the nights of lodging as the terms of your confirmed reservation. As many nights as you reserved as many rooms as you have booked.

In high season (christmas, gregorian new year, catholic easter and other festivities) you will be asked for a 50% deposit. In this times we have a 3 nights minimum stay. To cancel a reservation you will need to email us 15 days prior to schedule arrival.

If you email us later than that or if you don´t show we will bill you three nights (3) of the lodging per room as the terms of your confirmed reservation.

If you booked for more than 3 nights you will be charged of all the nights and rooms you booked. Same rules apply if you leave the Hotel prior to schedule confirmed day of check out.
